If you only have rasterized artwork (shown above), try including helpful information (like the names of fonts used). Otherwise, providing vector art (shown below) is the first big step to speeding up the quotation process.
Double-Stroke is when letters are fully outlined in neon. Double-Stroke letters are usually bent at 8 inches or taller.
Single-Stroke is when letters are center-lined with neon. Single-Stroke letters are usually bent at 4 inches and taller.
Center-lined vector-art is ideal, and will cut down on quotation time greatly!
This is the same vector-art from above, only with the fills and strokes visible. It's an example of perfect concept-art because there's nothing more you (the client) can do to improve it.
