GM LED Flooring agrees to provide LED flooring rental and installation services for the Client’s event, including delivery, installation, and removal of the LED flooring system.
The Client understands and agrees that the full installation of the LED flooring may take up to four (4) hours, depending on the size of the flooring and venue conditions. Access to the venue must be granted with sufficient time to complete installation.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of installation, prior to or upon completion of setup.
Services will not begin unless payment terms are met.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If the Client cancels within 48 hours of the event, the Client agrees to pay 100% of the total service cost.
The Client agrees to provide clear access to the venue for installation and removal.
The installation area must be clean, level, and free of obstacles.
The Client is responsible for any damages caused by guests, staff, or third parties during the event.
Any damage to the LED flooring or equipment caused during the event (excluding normal wear) will be the responsibility of the Client. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
GM LED Flooring is not responsible for delays or issues caused by venue restrictions, weather, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
The Client is responsible for providing adequate and safe power sources at the venue. GM LED Flooring is not liable for performance issues caused by insufficient or unstable power.
By submitting the form and accepting this agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
